About St. Jude's Plans
Regardless of your health plan, you’ll have access to excellent care. We work with a selection of doctors, hospitals and specialists available to you at a discounted cost. It’s what we call your provider network. You’ll find your network listed on the front of your Member ID card.
Medical
CHOICE PLAN
The Choice plan features a lower monthly premium but higher deductible and coinsurance amounts than the Select plan. It might be a good option for you if you don’t go to the doctor very often.
SELECT PLAN
The Select plan features a lower deductible and lower coinsurance amounts than the Choice plan, but you’ll pay more each month. This might be a good option if you go to the doctor often.
