Compare Plans & BenefitsCity of Memphis offers a comprehensive benefit package including medical, pharmacy, dental and vision through BlueCross. Since BlueCross provides all your benefits, you get the ease of having everything on just one ID card. You can choose from two medical plan options, including the Select Plan that features a lower monthly premium.
The Select Plan could be right for you if you want to save money on your monthly premiums. Plus, you'll get access to an HRA to help with deductibles and other health care costs.
The Choice Plan features a larger network of providers and a lower deductible than the Select Plan, but you’ll pay higher premiums each month.
We know prescriptions can make up a large part of your health care spending. Prescription coverage is included with each plan to help you manage those costs.
Your vision plan offers low monthly premiums, annual eye exams, and savings on frames and lenses, because healthy eyes mean a healthier you.
Your dental plan gives you low monthly premiums and covers two cleanings.
